1. General
Stampsandcards is used in these terms and conditions and elsewhere
the site means the sole proprietorship, Stampsandcards, located in Waddinxveen, the Netherlands.

Stampsandcards is located at the address: Kerkweg West 4,2742 BD Waddinxveen, tel. no.: 06-46784403, email address [email protected]. Stampsandcards has been registered
in the trade register, Chamber of Commerce number 56597878, VAT number NL001530555B48.

2. Application
These general terms and conditions apply to all legal relationships in which Stampsandcards acts as a supplier of products.

3. Offers
All offers from Stampsandcards are without obligation. Offers are subject to the availability of the products. Misprints are reserved at all times.

4. Agreement
The purchase agreement between Stampsandcards and the buyer has been concluded when the trial period of 14 days after receipt of the order has expired.

5. Prices
All prices include Dutch sales tax and other government levies and shipping costs.
If the customer is not in the country of shipment, the customer is liable for any sales tax or import duties due.

6. Sales area
The delivery of goods is not limited to Europe. Orders from other countries then
The Netherlands does not allow cash on delivery, regardless of the place of delivery.
Cash on delivery orders with a different delivery address than the billing address will not be accepted.
Other sales areas will be added in due course.
The purchase contract can only be concluded in Dutch, German, English or French.

7. Delivery and cash on delivery costs for products
All prices of the products on this site are exclusive of delivery costs.
The delivery costs are according to Postnl rates for orders up to €50.00 (within NL)
No shipping costs are charged for orders over €50.00 (within the Netherlands). These rates are determined annually and stated when you make your purchase.

8. Delivery and delivery time
Within the Netherlands, Stampsandcards will deliver the ordered products to the specified delivery address within 3 working days after order confirmation, provided they are in stock. If not present, the
ordered products are delivered to the neighbors.
The above delivery times are indicative and not a deadline. Stampsandcards is never liable for damage resulting from exceeding delivery times.
Delivery is made from our own stock. Stampsandcards will arrange for delivery by post or shipment in any other way at the discretion of Stampsandcards. Ownership of the products is transferred upon delivery if the purchase price has been received by Stampsandcards.
Stampsandcards is entitled to make partial deliveries. The additional costs of subsequent delivery will be borne by Stampsandcards.
Shipping is at the customer's risk!
At your request, we can send your order by registered and/or insured mail. Additional costs will be borne by the customer.
In case of different shipping, please indicate this when placing your order.

9. Secure payment
Stampsandcards offers various ways to pay, these are listed on the website. You can make your choice when placing the order. In case of deviating payment agreements, these will be confirmed by e-mail, What's App or SMS.

10. Return products

Exchanges and returns are permitted within 14 days of delivery of the goods.


You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Stampsandcards, Kerkweg-West 4, 2742 BD Waddinxveen, [email protected], Telephone: +31 646784403) by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail) at inform you of your decision to withdraw from the contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this, but you are not obliged to do so. To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of the withdrawal If you withdraw from the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that time, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard offered by us delivery) without delay and in any case not later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement.

You return the goods to our contact address stated on the website.

We may wait with reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, but in any case no later than 14 days after the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are on time if you return the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods are at your expense. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from use of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods."

11. Complaints, obligation to investigate and compliance
Complaints regarding non-receipt of (part of) an order must be made within 14 days of receipt of the products, otherwise the correctness of the order is established.
Complaints regarding defects in the products must be made in writing and as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 working days after receipt at the delivery address or - in the case of invisible defects - within 21 days after the defects could reasonably be repaired nnoticed.

12. Personal data
The legal regulations regarding the protection of personal data, as laid down in the Personal Data Protection Act, are complied with by Stampsandcards.
Stampsandcards will record the information provided by the customer in a file. This data will be used for the execution of the customer's order and kept for as long as necessary to handle any complaints arising from the execution of the order. No data will be passed on to third parties where the customer's privacy is at stake.

13. Prices
Stampsandcards cannot be held liable for deviations in prices, images and texts.
